О весьма странной провокации ГосДепа США с их эмигрантской лотереей.

На официальном сайте госдепа США появилась весьма странная информация по их эмигрантской лотере, касаемо Южных Курил

Насколько понял с помощью Яндекс переводчика, с 2020 г они считают Южные Курилы территорией Японии  и о Южном Сахалине тоже очень странно заикнулись прилепив его к примечаниям по Японии.

В документах за 2019 г. и ранее таких дерзостей они себе не позволяли. Прошу камрадов знающих аглицкий с уровнем выше чем  у Яндекса, прояснить этот, крайне странный момент.
